This is Ellie. On the outside, she is a regular girl playing with her blocks. But on the inside, she is the brave Princess of the Kingdom of the Heart!
 
Today, Mama gives Ellie's brother a shiny new toy robot. Suddenly, the Emerald Magpie—also known as Jealousy—crashes into the castle, trying to snatch the royal jewels! Because the Magpie is feeling grabby, Ellie's real body gets hot and prickly, and she wants to snatch the robot right out of her brother's hands. But Ellie remembers her Royal Decree:
 
"A wise Princess cares for all her creatures, but she must keep her castle safe."
 
Instead of yelling or snatching, Princess Ellie politely guides the Magpie to the sparkling Gratitude Garden. By taking a step back, hugging her teddy bear, and counting the beautiful toys she already has, Ellie helps Jealousy safely settle down.

Identification: Recognizing the hot, prickly, and grabby feeling of jealousy in the body.
Boundaries: Understanding that it is normal to feel jealous, but it is never okay to snatch.
Regulation Tools: Using calming tools (like stepping back and hugging a favorite toy) to practice gratitude for what we already have.
Adaptability: Discovering that once Jealousy calms down, it shrinks into a tiny green clover and peacefully floats away!
