Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 01/01/2026 This Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy ensures clarity, fairness, and respect for both your time and ours. Coaching is a committed partnership, and these guidelines help maintain a reliable, supportive experience for everyone. This policy applies to all coaching sessions, packages, continuation packs, retainers, and complimentary sessions. Rescheduling Sessions Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. You may request a new time through email or your booking link. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are considered late cancellations and are non‑refundable. For all coaching packages, sessions must be used within the package period and do not roll over. Missed or late‑cancelled sessions are forfeited. Cancellations Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours are treated as late cancellations and are non‑refundable. A no‑show—not attending the session without notice—is also non‑refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Complimentary Session Your free 45‑minute complimentary session may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no‑shows result in forfeiture of the complimentary session. Coach Cancellations If we need to reschedule, you will be notified promptly and offered a new session time. If a session must be cancelled entirely, you will receive a replacement session. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen.
